There has been a respite from the monsoon seasonal rains in Tamil Nadu. There have been no warnings about rain in the next 5 days.
The southwest monsoon rainy season has moved away to the northern states.
In this situation, there were sudden rains day-before-yesterday (28th August) throughout Tamil Nadu.
The weather centre has announced that there are no prospects of rain in the next 5 days.
Suitable warnings will be issued as per the observed climate changes in the next few days as and if required. Till that period, mild heat will persist throughout Tamil Nadu.
