Cops fooled by cop impersonator

Kamesh who was masquerading as a police officer was arrested under Section 506 (ii) (issuing life threat), 420 (cheating) and 170 (impersonating public servant) of the Indian Penal Code on Thursday.
He had cheated a couple of jewelry claiming an emergency. When not returned, the couple filed a complaint with the police and Kamesh bought time claiming to be a police officer. After investigations, the cops were shocked to find that they had been a victim of impersonation.
Kamesh is a graduate of criminology.
