Basant Panchami Snan sees hoards of devotees

More than 100 million devotees took a dip in the Sangam at Allahabad on Friday. Basant Panchami, which falls today, is said to be the second biggest event during the Maha Kumbh.
In the wake of the stampede at the Allahabad station on Sunday, police were stationed in critical positions in the station and along the banks of the sangam to control the crowd.
