Chennai housing sales in upward trend

More than 1000 real estate developers attended the CREDAI’s 18th annual meeting convention held in Berlin. A report was published in the event mentioning the gradual positive progress of the housing sales in Chennai from 5,255 units to 8,237 units. The annual meeting praised the fact of 25 percent increase in the housing sales of top seven cities of India.
Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India seconded the report released by the developers in the CREDAI’s berlin event.
Implementation of RERA in most of the states gained back the confidence of buyers after a big downward spiral of the real estate scenario in important cities. Also the state capital values showed an upward trend in the housing sales depending on the factors of investment buying and direct sales from the public.
