There is a lot of population who skip the most essential meal of the day – the breakfast. You perhaps have a lot of excuses to justify the mistake. Perhaps you don’t feel hungry in the morning, or that you have a hectic schedule or you’re obsessed with reducing your calorie intake due to which you skip the meal. No matter what reason you say, according to studies, eliminating breakfast from your day is never friendly to your health. It would rather cause a lot of health troubles.

The likeliness of diabetes will be more when you skip breakfast. A recent Harvard University study states that there is 20 percent increased likeliness of diabetes in women who don’t eat breakfast. This is because of the impaired glucose intolerance, diabetes and prediabetes.
