Petrol and diesel price decreased

Petrol price was decreased by 11 paise per litre and diesel price down by 15 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, July 16.
Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 79.76 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 72.28 per litre.
