More Cauvery water to TN

The Supreme Court has ordered the Centre to notify the Cauvery Water Dispute Tribunal by February 20th. It has also ordered Karnataka to release 2tmc feet of the river�s water to Tamil Nadu.
The directive comes in the wake of Karnataka�s claim that it cannot release any more Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu as its needs were as much if not more.
