Counselling for medical course admission starts today

The counselling sessions for admission to medical courses of MBBS and BDS commences today (Sunday, 1st July). There are 5757 seats available for the above courses in the state of Tamil Nadu in the government and private medical colleges.
As per the rank/merit list released recently, 44332 candidates have qualified for the counselling sessions.
The 1st Phase of the counselling session commences today (1st July) at the Chennai Omandurar multi-specialty hospital. Today’s counseling session is scheduled for the special category candidates, From tomorrow (Monday, 2nd July) until 10th July, the counselling session is scheduled for the candidates belonging to the open community cadre.
