Special counters to sell the textbooks for +1 class

The revised new syllabus has been implemented for the classes of 1st, 6th, 9th, and +1 from the current academic year. Out of the class, textbooks have been issued to all other classes except +1. Accordingly, teaching sessions have commenced as per the revised textbooks.
The release of the textbooks for +1 class was delayed even as the results of the +1 public examinations were released. As the mark-wise performance in the public examinations for the +1 class of the students in the completed academic year, the classes for the +1 have been commenced earlier this year. However, the students faced hardships as the new textbooks were not available.
In this situation, the +2 textbooks were released a few days ago in the digital format on the websites of the Tamil Nadu Text Book Corporation. Subsequently, the new textbooks (in the printed format), are ready for sales from today (Monday, 11th June). The textbooks will be available in the Tamil Nadu Text Book Corporation Sales Centres. Special counters have been opened in the sales centres at the DPI complex and the Anna Centenary Library complex.
