Education fair at Russian Centre of science and culture, Chennai

Russian Culture center of Chennai has arranged an educational exhibition comprising of 10 or more Russian government institutions providing various courses on engineering, medicine and other allied fields. The exhibition will be conducted on June 9 and 10, inside the premises of Russian Center of science and culture, in Kasturi Rangan road, Alwarpet, Chennai.
This educational fair will be open from morning 10 A.M to evening 5 P.M on both the specified dates. The entry for the exhibition is free as the Russian institutions participate in the event for enhancing foreign educational system. Spot admissions are done in the fair if a particular candidate suits for a degree and chooses to pursue the bachelor’s degree of post-graduate courses in any of the institutions participating in the fair.
Unlike other countries there are no entrance tests such as CET and IELTS for admitting students in the Universities of Russia. This fair is the 20th edition of the educational event organizing institutions from Russia in Chennai.
However the only concern is the criteria sketched up by the MCI-Medical Council of India in terms of medical courses done outside India. Students should have cleared the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exams for doing their medical courses even outside India, People here in South India completely laying their screen down for the discouraging aspect of such entrance tests that disregards the hard earned marks of 12th board exam.
MCI has exempted this NEET rule this year 2018 for the students who had already finished the joining process in overseas medical colleges and are preparing for the language tests or other preparatory and foundation criteria exams conducted by the overseas institutions.
‘Study Abroad’, is one of the authorized Indian Representative for Russian Universities and it joins hands with Russian center for science and culture to conduct this 20th edition of Educational fair.
