Chennai is among the top 5 preferred cities to study MBA

Across the globe, there is increasing popularity of graduate management education so as to develop competitive nature in different industries and sectors. That said, according to a survey report, Bangalore is said to top the list as the most preferred city to study MBA. And it is men who apply for the PG course than women, the survey adds.
In MBA Trends and Analysis, 2018, as the survey is named, about 50,000 samples from MBA aspirants were analyzed and found that they show interest towards studying MBA in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi.
These MBA applicants mainly hail from Uttar Pradesh and next follows Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Of the entire population of applicants, the most number is from men.
The Chief Executive Officer of CollegeSearch – website that hosted the survey says they aim to throw light on the present trends in MBA in India. For this, they have analyzed over 5 million users including professionals and students. We believe this survey to be of help for the aspirants in making the best choice.
As most population of MBA students and applications are from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Telangana, it is evident that the southern zone of India is most popular among students.
