Passing 16 itself will be considered as Major: Union Minister argues

By passing the age of 16 should be considered as major and the severity of Punishments in the case of Rape and other crimes related to Women should be considered as a victim and the culprits should be punished said by Union Mister Sushil Kumar Shinde in DGP�s Meeting in New Delhi.
Punishment regarding the Chemical Castration and Death Penality are not in the major consideration of parliament he added.
