Cloudy weather through the day brings rain to City

Cloudy weather through the day had received showers over the city from today early Morning itself.
The meteorological department predicts 3-4 mm of rainfall in the city over the next two days. This is due to the formation of a trough over the south west to west central Bay of Bengal across Sri Lanka and off the coast of Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh.
Under this condition heavy rain likely to continue many places in Tamil Nadu�s coastal districts and a few places in interior regions will get showers for next two days.
