How to link Aadhar with mobile number via IVR?

The central government had informed earlier that it was mandatory to link Aadhar with the mobile number and declared the deadline for this as 31st December 2017. Subsequently, swarms of customers stormed the various service centres to do this. Later, the deadline was extended up to 31st March 2018.
In this scenario, the central government has now taken an initiative to facilitate the customer himself do the task of linking Aadhar with mobile number. As per this scheme, dial ‘14546’ from the mobile number. Recorded voice message service will come on. Select the preferred language and type the Aadhar number. This will be immediately get transmitted to UIDAI. Once the particulars are verified and confirmed, an ‘OTP’ (One Time Password) will be sent to the mobile. Type this number and send after this disconnect the call. In a minute, the confirmation news of successful link of Aadhar with the mobile number will be sent as SMS. This task can be done within a few minutes.
