Failure of a Certificate submission leads to cancellation of Exam

P.Poonthalir a girl belongs to ST cast was refused by the government issue of the community certificate and she was not able to attend her 12th public examination due to procedure of community certificate submission. Her father K. Palanisamy tried from head to tail in his taluk office for the community certificate issue. Her father said to the reporters that she did not write her Class 12 exams in 2010.because of examiners abused her in front of the other students for not having the caste certificate.

When Palanisamy lived in Mogappair, first applied for a caste certificate in 2000 but since his native village is in Salem, local officials said they were unable to issue the certificate. and he added that his daughter was to appear for her Class 10 exams in 2008, he faced the similar problems with the school. Then he begged to the school administration and after that they allowed her to write the exam. for the issue of the community certificate she had applied to village administrative officer and revenue inspector of Ambattur have each issued letters saying that Palanisamy belongs to the scheduled tribe community and hails from Vembatti village in Salem district, but this also not helped.

Now poonthalir discontinued hers studies and she was married to a man in Sriperumbadur. though her husband granted her to study after her marriage her father is trying to get the certificate The Then Tiruvallur Collector Thiru. K.Veera Raghava Rao, I.A.S. said them that he sees the issue and grant them the certificate.
