Southern Railway to run special service between Chennai, Pune

To clear the extra rush of passengers, the Railways will run special trains between Chennai Central and Pune from October 24 to November 29.
Train No. 06028 Chennai Central – Pune Garib Rath, a weekly special, will leave Chennai Central at 1600 hr from October 24 to November 28 (Wednesdays) and arrive in Pune at 13.00 hr on Thursdays.
Train No. 06027 Pune – Chennai Central Garib Rath weekly special will leave Pune at 1415 hr from October 25 to November 29 (Thursdays) and arrive in Chennai Central at 11.35 hr on Fridays.
The composition of the trains will be 14 AC 3-tier coaches. The train will stop at Arakkonam, Renigunta, Koduru, Razampeta, Nandalur, Cuddappah, Yerraguntla, Muddanuru, Tadipatri, Gooty, Guntakal, Adoni, Mantralayam Road, Raichur, Yadgir, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur and Daund. T.No.06027 will stop at Perambur also.
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on October 19, a Southern Railway press release said.
