Deadline extended for paying examination fees for Polytechnic exams

Though the activities have been commenced for conducting the semester examinations for the Polytechnic students during the month of April, the State Board of Technical Education has announced an extension for paying the examination fees.
Earlier, it had been announced that the examination fees must be paid before 6th February. However, due to the break on the issue of the Jallikattu protest, the deadline has now been extended that the examination fees have to be paid before 23rd February.
Further, it has been announced that the students who fail to pay before this revised deadline can still pay the examination fees on 2nd and 3rd March with fine.
A circular has been to all the principals to furnish the data regarding the requirement of the number of answer sheets before 14th February.
It has also been informed in case no reply is received before the set deadline, it would be assumed that the concerned college already had the required quantity of answer sheets and hence no answer sheets will be distributed for the April examinations.
