TANCET exams on March 25 and 26

The TANCET or Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test 2017 will be conducted on March 25 and 26. This is the entrance test for postgraduate engineering courses.
Anna University announced that candidates, who are seeking admissions to MBA, MCA, ME, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan courses can register online for the exam till February 20.
A senior official of TANCET said, Last year around 37,000 students applied for the entrance exam. This year we expect more applications as there is an increase in the number of students appearing for entrance exams like GATE. We are following the same syllabus as for GATE exam. For MBA and MCA courses the exam will be held on March 25 and for post-graduate engineering, the exam will be held on March 26.
