Complaint boxes are to be kept in all government and private schools

School Education Director Kannappan has ordered that complaint boxes are to be kept in all government and private schools to facilitate students and parents to deposit complaint letters.
In a circular to all the District Chief Educational Officers, he has mentioned: It was already earlier mentioned that a that complaint boxes are to be kept in all government and private schools to facilitate students and parents to deposit complaint letters. District Chief Educational Officers and District Education Officers should ensure that whether the complaint box has been kept. Similarly the field workers of the education department should ensure that whether the complaint box are being kept. The details of the complaint boxes should be reported to District Chief Educational Officers and District Education Officers.
