Job allotment consultation for candidates who passed Group 2 A

A written test was conducted on 24th January to fill up the vacant post which did not include interviews for Group 2 A. The verification of documents for the successful candidates was conducted from 4th July to 19th July.
Now, the job allotment consultation meeting for the selected candidates is scheduled in the TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) office in Chennai from 21st November to 2nd December (except on 26th and 27th November).
Ther mark list and the merit list with the time schedule for the candidates who have been called for consultation has been released on TNPSC’s official website: www.tnpsc.gov.in.
Further, the invitation letter for attending the consultation with time and date has been sent by Speed Post to the candidates called for consultation. This invitation letter can be downloaded from the internet. Also, the candidates called for consultation have been intimated through email as well as SMS.
The candidates called for consultation will be given appointments based on the marks in the test, merit list, information given in the application, and as per the existing vacancies.
So, there is no certainty that all the candidates called for consultation will be given appointments. Also, for the candidates who fail to attend this consultation meeting, no second chance will be given.
