UGC NET 2017- Exam on January 22

It is necessary to pass NET examination in order to be eligible for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship. The NET examination will be held twice a year (June and December). The second examination for the year 2016 is slightly delayed and will be held on 22nd January 2017. The online registration for this examination began on 17th October (www.cbsenet.nic.in)
Candidates can apply through the official website of the UGC NET up to November 16, 2016, after which registrations will be closed.
Candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this test.
