Free call introduced by Reliance is affecting customers

Airtel has alleged that Jio introduced by Reliance has created a great impact in the Indian Telecom sector. Jio users are increasing in large numbers because of the offers, Airtel has now alleged to TRAI saying that the free call introduced by Reliance is affecting customers.
Airtel has asked TRAI to examine the incredible asymmetry of calls terminating on the Airtel network from Jio due to free services being offered by Jio. Airtel has provided a total 17,000 points of interconnection including 7,000 additional points of interconnection which were sufficient to support as much as 75 million Jios subscribers. It has requested TRAI to cancel the interconnection given to Jio.
