The wind pattern is erratic however storms have managed to reached Avadi / Redhills belt, though there is no abrut change in wind direction the winds are not shifting too much. So storms may manage to break into Chennai. The intensity of rains will be moderate. Ambattur, Redhills will get the 1st spell.
