A session where you will get to make your own fondant & gumpaste in the class, work on sharp edges of ganache cakes. Cover the cakes with fondant with sharp edges. Stack 2 tiers of cakes. Work on different techniques with modelling paste including 2D and 3D figurines to finish making a theme cake.
An end to end session where you will learn everything that you need to kick start your cake art with fondant and sugar modelling.
