CM Jayalalitha conducts aerial survey of Chennai!

Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Friday conducted an aerial survey of Chennai city, its suburbs and garbage dump yards.
An official release stated that the State government had allotted Rs.5 crore to launch a State-wide awareness programme on the use of plastic and its proper disposal.
To make Chennai a clean city and work out strategies for the removal of solid plastic waste, the Chief Minister conducted the aerial survey from a helicopter.
