Is Kabali release postponed to August?

It was expected that Rajinikanth starrer Kabali would be released on 15th of this month but all of a sudden the release was postponed. Again  it was expected that the film will be released on 22nd. As per the recent information, the film is not being released on 22nd also. The film is likely to be released on 12th August coinciding with the Independence day. In view of this Vikram starrer Iru Mugan and Vikram Prabhu starrer Wagah which were supposed to be released on 12th August will be postponed.
