Annamalai University releases random numbers for MBBS and BDS courses

Yesterday Annamalai University released the random numbers for MBBS and BDS courses. Applications and prospectus for the MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2016-17 were issued from 8th June. The filled up applications were received online till 20th June. There are 150 MBBS seats and 80 BDS seats available.4906 applications for MBBS course and 1079 applications for BDS courses were received. 276 applications for MBBS courses and 52 applications for BDS courses were rejected.
Random number was assigned to the applicants for MBBS and BDS by Vice-Chancellor S. Manian on June 27.The rank list will be released on 1st July.
Counselling date will be announced later and informed to the candidates. Admission will be made only on the basis of merit by following the rule of reservation of Government of Tamil Nadu
