Extension of deadline for ITI, Guindy

The District Collector in Chennai, K. Govindharaj announced an extension of deadline for submitting online applications with the Government Industrial Training Institute, Guindy.
In his note about this issued yesterday, it is mentioned that the deadline for online application for ITI studies is extended to 30th of June. Hence, candidates who have completed class 8 and 10 can now submit their applications online. These can be sent at www.skilltraining.tn.gov.in.
Students studying here will get stipend of Rs 500, free uniform, footwear, cycle, laptop, drawing essentials, free bus pass, textbooks, concession on train ticket, etc. Likewise, the deadline for applying with Namakkal government and private ITI is also extended till 30th of this month, according to Namakkal Collector, Dhakshnamoorthy.
