HTC and Nexus to bring out Sailfish

Reports have confirmed that HTC will be partnering with Nexus for its 2016 devices. The next Nexus smartphone is code named Sailfish.
Reports say that Sailfish will have a 5 inch display. Sailfish will be the smaller of the two devices planned by HTC. The device is powered by an unknown quad-core 2.0GHz processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. Google chose 32GB as base storage for its Nexus 6P last year. The Nexus smartphone is tipped to feature a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The device is backed by a 277 0mAh battery and will feature a USB-C port for charging. Reports also say that HTC is retaining the headphone jack and will be mounted on top of the device.
The device may be launched sometime in October this year. Trends have shown that small phones are the in thing in the smartphone industry at the moment. Google introduced a 5 inch Nexus smartphone. Apple is also bringing in a 4 inch iPhone.
