Ringing Bells has mentioned that it has manufactured 2Lakhs Freedom 251 smartphones which is supposed to be the cheapest phone in the world. Ringing Bells originating from Noida has manufactured these phones after crossing so many hurdles. Many cases and allegations have been filed against this company. In spite of this, it has proved its mettle.
The company has announced that has announced that it will begin shipping its cheap Freedom 251 phone from June 30.
The Freedom 251 unit which will ship to consumers reportedly features dual-SIM capability, 1GB of RAM, a 1.3GHz processor from an unnamed chipset maker, 8GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 3.2-megapixel front-facing shooter and a 1,800mAh battery.
