BSNL extends its free roaming service by one more year

BSNL has extended its free roaming service by one more year. Last year Union minister for Communications Ravi Shankar Prasad has mentioned that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will offer free national roaming from 15.6.2015. It was mentioned that this will be there for a year.
As per TRAI report the decision to extend the facility has been taken in view of overwhelming response of its customers in mobile number portability (MNP) and achieving highest growth of the customer in February and March months.
