International Yoga Day celebrations in Mylapore

On behalf of Arutperunjothi Yoga Siddha Seva Centre, the International Yoga Day celebrations is being organized on 19th Sunday from 10 am onwards.
The celebrations will be inaugurated by MLA R Nataraj at Smt. Malathi Matric Higher Secondary School situated in Solaiyappan Street near Mylapore Adikesava Perumal temple.
Illustrated yoga guide to control diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease are being released on this occasion. A herbal exhibition will also be inaugurated.
