New regulations for all deemed universities

The central Ministry of human welfare and development has released some new regulations for deemed universities.
The detail:
- The deemed university must join the National Rank List Action plan.
- Permission must be taken from the Ministries of Home and External Affairs to open branches in foreign countries.
- Committees must be formed to prevent ragging and caste differences.
- The teachers and the students must follow and maintain a good health routine.
- Researches done by the deemed university must be recorded on video. This must be uploaded on the internet.
- Special arrangement must be made for differently-abled students.
- The government representative will be nominated in the universities which get more than 50 percent assistance from the government.
