Purified cold water for Rs 5 in railway stations

Railway administration in association with IRCTC is selling purified cold water for Rs 5. Very soon this will be introduced in all the stations of Southern Railway.
Earlier while journeying in a train a passenger had to depend on the water tap or shops for drinking water. At this juncture a purified water-dispensing unit was installed at Central Railway Station. This would enable passengers to get purified water for cheaper price.
This scheme was started by Railway administration in association with IRCTC. IRCTC officials have mentioned that efforts are being taken to install water-dispensing units in all the railway stations.
