Deadline for school admission extended to May 30

According to right to education act, students belonging to private schools except minority schools get 25 percent reservation. This is inclusive of students of poor families and backward classes. They will receive funding for their education from the government.
At this juncture, applications for student admission were distributed between 3rd and 18th May. As a move to benefit poor children, the director of state matriculation schools, V.C. Rameswara Murugan has extended the deadline to 30th of May.
