Now share paid apps your friends and family for free

Here is the latest launch by Google Play. Any app purchased on Google Play can soon be shared among 6 family members. The Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement (DDA) is modified according to this new service.
 
Google Play Store has also made things clear about the way in which DDA suits you as a developer. Below are factors that you need to keep in mind about DDA
 
· DDA monitors all tools and features

· It lets Google to estimate your app and check whether it complies with the Developer Program Policies and DDA

· It replaces all the conflicting terms present with the End User License Agreement

· Following the launch of Family Library, users are free to include the paid apps they buy into the Family Library, provided these apps are bought after DDA update which will take effect on 2nd July 2016. Aiming at providing hassle free user experience, ensure that you let your customers to share the apps well before the DDA update

 
How to share purchases made previously?
 
Log in to your Google Play Developer Console and select an app. You will find Pricing and Distribution page at the left. Check the box called ‘Family Library’.
