High Schools & Higher secondary Schools Summer Vacation from tomorrow (22nd April)

The Director of School Education, Mr. S. Kannappan,informed that the summer vacation for high schools & higher secondary schools will commence from tomorrow (Friday, 22nd April). The schools will reopen on 1st June.
He informed that the annual examinations in most schools are getting completed on 21st April. Some schools have completed on 20th April.
Following the completion of annual examinations, all high schools & higher secondary schools are closed for summer vacation from 22nd April.
After the summer vacation, these schools will reopen on 1st June.
For the primary schools & middle-level schools functioning under the directorate of primary education, the annual examinations are getting completed on 30th April. These schools will close for summer vacation from 1st May and will reopen on 1st June.
