The outsourcing agencies should carry documents issued by the bank giving details of the cash released to them for filling the ATMs along with identity cards.

Unusual and suspicious cash withdrawal, deposit of cash from a savings bank account exceeding Rs.10 lakh and other things should be reported to the DEO.

In case of suspicious withdrawal, action must be taken and information should also be passed on to Deputy or Assistant Director of Income Tax in charge of the district.

Details can be mailed to itcontrol.chn@gov.in.

The cash deposits and withdrawal of candidates exceeding one lakh rupees from the day of filing nomination till the date of counting should also be monitored and reported.

The lead district manager should co-ordinate with banks and send daily transaction report to Expenditure Monitoring Committee in the specified format.
