Delicious and healthy recipe for kids - Strawberry basil popsicle

Here is a recipe that you can make for your children - healthy and yummy at the same time. 

Strawberry basil popsicle

What you need:
  • 500 gm fresh strawberry or any berry of your choice
  • 75 gm honey
  • 250 gm yoghurt
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
How to make it:

Cut up fresh strawberries. Keep aside. Combine strawberries, honey and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Blend the mixture coarsely along with yoghurt and basil leaves. Make sure to mix in the yogurt properly. 

Now, pour this mixture into a popsicle mould. Keep in freezer until completely set. This should take about four hours. Once done, take out the popsicle from the mould carefully, making sure to keep the shape intact. Serve in a chilled glass.
