Design of detachable aircraft cabin can save lives

A design of an aircraft with a detachable cabin has been released. The design was made by a Ukranian engineer Tatarenko Vladimir Nikolaevich. The detachable cabin can be ejected at any time especially during in flight emergency situations. It would also allow passengers to land safely on land and water. The invention could possibly save hundreds of lives.
According to a report, Mr. Nikolaevich has been working on the design for three years. The cabin has parachutes attached to it, which will automatically open once the lower capsule is detached from the aircraft.
Speaking about this, Mr. Nikolaevich said, Surviving in a plane crash is possible. While aircraft engineers all over the world are trying to make planes safer, they can do nothing about the human factor... The existing technology of using of Kevlar and carbon composites for fuselage, wings, flaps, spoilers, ailerons, tail will be used during the design... It allows to partly compensate the weight of parachute system.
