· No Labour Inspections for initial 3 years
· Funding Support worth Rs. 10000 Crores through Funds of Finds
· Credit Guarantee Funds for Start-Ups
· 80%Rebate on Patent Applications
· Income Tax relief for the first 3 years
· Exemption from Capital Gains Tax
· Easy Exit with the help of proposed Bankruptcy Code
· Incubation Centres to support Start-Ups across the country
· Relaxed Norms of public procurement for Start-Ups
