Part of Rangarajapuram flyover ready

Work on Rangarajapuram flyover`s arms connecting Bazullah Road and Kodambakkam railway station side has been completed. The Chennai Corporation will make arrangements for movement of traffic on the stretch in the next few days.
The bowstring bridge in the railway`s portion of one arm of the project was completed and handed over to the Chennai Corporation in the second week of February.
The Southern Railway is expected to complete the second bowstring bridge on the Rangarajapuram side in three months and the Chennai Corporation will take another two months to connect it with the ramps.
