Central Government allows organising Jallikkattu in Tamil Nadu

The central government has allowed organizing jallikkattu events in Tamil Nadu.
Central Ministry for Environment has released the report permitting this today (Friday, 8th January).
Jallikkattu tournament to be organised after getting permission from the district collector
Bulls meant for participating in the event must be tested & confirmed whether are fit for the tournament.
The nulls must be tamed within 15 metres distance of the Vadivasal (gate from where the bulls are released)
Torturing/tormenting bulls must be avoided thoroughly.
It must be mentioned that the permission was denied during last year to conduct jallikkattu.With permission being granted this year, grand arrangements are being made to conduct jallikkattu tournaments.
