Chennai High Court, on Wednesday, 6th January, ordered the Tamil Nadu Government to reply the petition regarding the additional charges on film theatre tickets.
The details of the petition submitted to Chennai High Court by Mr. G. Devarajan :
All theatres in Tamil Nadu are charging more than the fare fixed by Tamil Nadu government.
Especially during the 1st week of release of a film, additional charges are to be paid for the tickets.
If the movie stars popular leading actors, the additional charges are even more.
Hence, the state government officials must take necessary legal action on these theatre owners.
