Yamaha & Enfield exited the period of the camps set up for 2-wheeler repairs

The repair camps set up by Yamaha & Royal Enfield for the repair of 2-wheelers damaged in the recent floods has been extended till 31st December.
Unprecedented rains and floods led to a large number of vehicles getting submerged in the floods especially in the districts of Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, and Pudhucherry.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had announced that free repair camps will be set up for the vehicles which were damaged in the recent floods.
Accordingly, the camps for the free repair of 2-wheelers were set up 10 days ago. The camps were scheduled to close on 21st December.
However, both Yamaha & Royal Enfield have announced that the free repair camps would be extended till 31st December.
