Special camps to be alleged till Dec 28 to collect applications for duplicate ration cards and LPG

The Tamil Nadu government will hold special camps in more than 62 locations in flood-hit Chennai, Kanchepuram, Tiruvallur and Cuddalore districts till December 28 for collecting applications for duplicate ration cards and LPG documents.
People can also apply for substitute of lost LPG cylinders. In all such camps, officials from civil supplies and consumer protection department along with oil company representatives will be present to receive the applications, which would be forwarded after scrutiny.
The camps in Chennai will be held at Mylapore, Tondiarpet, Mambalam, Purasawalkam, Aynavaram, Guindy, Perambur Velachery, Aminjikarai and Egmore.
