H1B Visa charges to increase

A petition has been forwarded to increase the charges for H1B & L1 Visas by $ 2000/-.
NASSCOM has informed that this proposal will affect the Indian Information technology Companies very acutely.
Indian IT concerns have already paid $ 2000 for H1B and L1 Visas for their employees who are posted over there.
Some American MPs have now come up with the proposal to submit a petition for the additional charges of $ 2000 for H1B & L1 Visas as a part of their activities related to Damage relief Funds for the destruction of the World Trade Centre Buildings.
It is worth noting that only a few weeks ago, some MPs put forward a petition to reduce the H1B Visa to 15000.
In this scenario, the recent proposal to double the fees for H1B & L1 Visas will greatly affect the Indian IT industry, according to NASSCOM.
Information is gathered that Indian Prime Minister Modi had mentioned about this issue during his recent telephonic talk with USA President Barrack Obama.
