Vikram to join hands with Vishals director

Vikram is currently donning the lead role in a film which is being directed by Anand Shankar who had earlier directed Arima Nambi. Now there is news that he will also be acting in a film which is to be directed by Thiru. Thiru had earlier directed Vishal starrers Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai, Samar and Naan Sigappu Manithan.
Says the director, I had a story that I felt will feed Vikram`s acting potential and have been trying to approach him for the past one year. Two weeks ago, I met him and he liked my script so much that he okayed the project in just one sitting. We met again a couple of days later to finalize the details.
