Federal Bank: Special loan assistance for persons affected in recent floods:

Federal Bank has announced a special proposal for its customers who have been affected by the recent floods in Tamil Nadu.
As per this proposal, those who have already applied for housing loans can get an additional loan on a top-up basis. With this additional money, the bank has announced that the customers affected by the recent floods can do the repairs of their damaged residences.
The loan will be either 50 percent of the housing loan already taken or a maximum of Rs. 20 Lakhs.
With prospective customers who have taken housing loans from other banks can transfer their housing loan to Federal Bank and avail this top-up additional loan benefit extended for persons affected by recent floods.
