TN government emphasises the usage of internet facility to get additional text books

Tamil Nadu government has announced that the private schools affected by the recent rains/flood requiring additional text books can use the internet service facility.
Tamil Nadu government has initiated action to provide fresh text books for the students who had lost their books in the recent heavy rains/floods.
The text books are being arranged free for the students of all government & government-aided schools through the concerned heads of departments.
For the students studying in self-financed or private schools, if they require fresh text books, can visit the website of Tamil Nadu Text Book & Educational Activities Committee - www.textbookcorp.in - and register their names and addresses to get home delivery.
Apart from these arrangements, the regional offices of the Tamil Nadu Text Book & Educational Activities Committee have got sufficient stock of text books for sale.
In case more copies of text books are required by some private schools, they can register through the internet services and get them immediately.
